BRIEF

Hudson Square Properties manages a portfolio of commercial spaces in one of Manhattan’s most dynamic neighborhoods. The objective was to elevate awareness of the Hudson Square area, increase visibility of available spaces, and drive leasing interest by positioning the neighborhood as a vibrant hub for work, culture, dining, and events.


WHAT I DID

Managed the Hudson Square Properties social media presence to promote the neighborhood and available spaces

Ran LinkedIn advertising campaigns to reach brokers, tenants, and decision-makers driving leasing inquiries

Led influencer partnerships to highlight the Hudson Square lifestyle and neighborhood energy

Partnered with restaurants and businesses within the portfolio to create authentic, community-driven content

Collaborated with industry and lifestyle publications on paid promotions, including Bisnow and Women’s Wear Daily, to expand reach and reinforce market visibility

Supported and promoted Fashion Week shows hosted within Hudson Square Properties spaces, using social, influencer, and paid amplification to showcase the buildings as sought-after event and cultural destinations
