BRIEF
In partnership with Southern Company and Black Enterprise, I created and produced a strategic live panel event focused on addressing the Black wealth gap and the role of diverse talent in shaping the future of renewable energy. The event convened industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers, including Raphael Warnock and Terri Sewell, to drive meaningful dialogue on economic opportunity, innovation, and equity.
WHAT I DID
Conceived and produced a high-impact panel centered on Black wealth, innovation, and leadership in renewable energy
Built and managed the partnership strategy with Southern Company and Black Enterprise
Secured prominent policymakers, including Senator Raphael Warnock and Rep. Terri Sewell, to anchor the dialogue and elevate credibility
Shaped the event agenda and discussion themes around diverse talent pipelines and closing the Black wealth gap
Managed event logistics, stakeholder coordination, and invitations
Oversaw promotion and positioning to establish the panel as a thought-leadership moment within energy, policy, and business communities
